Description

Bi-lingual Customer Experience Specialist Pay Rate during the temporary portion is $21/hour and once hired full time, a significant increase and full benefits package.

Shift: three 12 hour days Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7am-7pm

We are looking for the "Best of the Best" Customer Experience Specialists who will join this rapidly growing company.

What will a typical day look like?

  • Answering incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails to assist customers

  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to solve out of the box problems

  • Coach and manage customers and internal employees who might need some help understanding guidelines and federal or local regulations

  • Keep customers and/or employees moving forward with their service and/or benefit and compensation issues

  • Partner with customers to support on time service, communicate service deviations, and solve service issues as needed.

  • Be a part of a fun, passionate team that supports each other and has fun working together
