Description
Our dynamic team is keen on hiring an adept and passionate Bookkeeper to streamline our financial processes and ensure our company's day-to-day accounting functions run accurately and effectively. As a Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include maintaining records of financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting internal audits, and managing invoices among other duties.
Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Handle accounts receivable/payable and manage invoices.
Conduct internal audits and support external auditing processes.
Prepare financial reports by categorizing and summarizing information.
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably within your industry.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software.
Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education:
An associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
