Non-Profit firm is looking for an Office Assistant to fill an open position at a flourishing company in the Non-Profit industry. We are looking for highly-skilled, motivated candidates that enjoy multitasking on multiple projects at once. If you're a self-starter, this position may be a great match for you! Your responsibilities in this role

  • Own the accurate submission of data

  • Copy, faxing, and filing for many departments

  • Direct calls appropriately

  • Maintain office facility

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Wide ranging experience with Draft Documents

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel

  • Quality experience with Document Scanning

  • Microsoft Word experience

  • Proven knowledge of composing various kinds of correspondence

  • Experience with Document Management

  • Well-founded grasp of customer service

  • General familiarity with Email Campaigns

  • Data entry experience desired

  • Practical knowledge of Document Formatting

  • Microsoft Outlook experience

  • Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

  • Eagerness to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

  • Succeed independently with tasks

  • Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

  • Ability to manage, lead change and build process improvements
