Other Customer Service Representative duties will be imputing customer orders, preparing shipments, some filing, and data entry. There will also be an expectation for up selling of services and products. Performs data entry, handles system maintenance and troubleshooting questions. Must have sales background, i.e. retail, banking, telemarketing and/or customer service experience required.

Requirements: The Customer Service Representative must have clear written and verbal communication skills. One or more years of previous customer experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are needed. Candidate must have sales background, i.e. retail, banking, telemarketing and/or customer service experience. Candidates must feel comfortable dealing with customers face to face. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours, holidays and weekends. Hours range between: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
