Description Robert Half is seeking a talented administrative coordinator to provide I high level of dedication and work ethic to a project management assisting role. This person will reporting directly to Upper level management, and will need to be adaptive in various tasks that may be assigned. Candidates must be located in the Tuskegee, AL area.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Provides administrative and project management support for key OCPRM projects • Serves as the point of contact for OCPRM by communicating in a courteous and detail oriented manner via in person, phone and email; directs caller/sender to the appropriate office member; takes messages and answers questions as needed • Review and route incoming marketing service requests, gather information, assess action required, and follow up action items • Ensures that project tasks are tracked, monitored in process and completed • Monitor general department email accounts and route emails for appropriate follow up • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, zoom calls • Reads, prioritizes and routes incoming mail • Prepare financial forms, requisitions, IV’s and other paperwork for final signature to process vendor payments • Submit student work study time sheets; assist with overseeing work study assignments • Prepare staff time sheets and work records for signature and submission to the payroll office and HR • Follow up on any vendor payments with the accounts payable office; picking up checks and ensuring they are mailed • Maintain accurate filing systems and records to ensure information is readily accessible. • Submitting work requests from the Physical Plant, IT or other campus services that may be needed • Draft and type various correspondence • Order office supplies • Assist with special projects • Performs other job-related duties as required.

Associate degree or years of relevant experience will be considered. • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a secretary and/or administrative role preferably in an educational environment. • Type a minimum of 55 wpm with a high level of accuracy. • Working knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, spelling, correct grammar and basic mathematical skills. • Working knowledge of various computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, Office Outlook, power point, and data base management.Administrative Assistance, Project Management
