This is a fulltime position with standard business hours. After training there is the opportunity for it to be hybrid. They do need a strong candidate with strong general accounting experience, strong with MS Excel, and is a team player.

What you will be doing daily:

-Processing Accounts Receivable for the company

-Assisting with Accounts Payable

-Process receipts in the ERP system

-Assist with credit references

-Corresponding with customers and vendors

-Helping with inventory and warehouse pricing

-Backup for the accounting team and customer service departments

-Additional office duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrated skills in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing procedures

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks efficiently

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong understanding of general ledger functions

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload

• Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
