Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for scanning all customer invoices into the system daily, matching and batching paperwork invoices and credits accurately and under time constraints, and providing clerical support to the Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent data-entry skills. Additionally, effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with various departments and levels of management.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan all customer invoices into the system daily.
Match and batch paperwork invoices and credits accurately and under time constraints.
Provide clerical support to the Accounting Department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or reception experience in a business environment.
Proficient and accurate data-entry skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to effectively use a copy machine, fax machine, and telephone with minimal training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
