Description
We are seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to join our team based in Union Gap, Washington, 98903, United States. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity, where your primary responsibilities will be customer service and guest services duties.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests
• Manage guest services
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any concerns or issues
• Maintain a friendly and reliable service approach at all times
• Work with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Handle any arising issues proactively and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the day of the event
Requirements
• Proven experience in a guest services role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability to assist guests effectively and courteously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
