My client, a growing Hospitality company located in Union, has an opportunity for an Accounting Manager.
Evaluate, implement and streamline policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies
Present monthly financial reports to executive committee and partners
Flexible in completing tasks beyond formal job responsibilities
Produce cash-flow reports, calculating cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, and manage daily cash
Support Finance Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, with research, planning, and implementation, as required
Drive the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques to ensure the timely cash collection
Check deliverables of self and team to certify they meet client expectations
Oversee the activities of the finance department, such as accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors in Accounting with 5+ years of accounting experience. Restaurant industry experience is required. CPA or parts passed a plus. Strong experience and skills related to all restaurant technology systems are a big plus.
