We have a Unique opportunity for a strategic finance executive to become our next Chief Financial
Officer. As a trusted partner to the business line leaders and Leadership Team you will have the opportunity to influence the overall business. You will assess and evaluate financial performance in line with long term goals, budgets and forecast.
Manages the Finance and Accounting team and carries out managerial responsibilities which include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching employees, appraising performance, recommending salary increases; addressing complaints and resolving problems in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
CPA, CPA Designation, Budgeting - Forecasting, Cash Flow Forecasts, Financial Forecast, Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Modeling, Banking Industry, Banking Operation, Audit - Financial, Banking & Finance Law, Retail Banking
s a CPA – that is strongly preferred
• Has experience and is willing to share ( redacted as needed ) in modeling / forecasting ( the team is really digging in on what someone can do vs what they supervise someone else doing , or interpreting someone elses work in this space )
• Local – generally within 25 miles / 40 minute commute
• Has the gravitas to work with an involved Board, but down to earth enough to not be ‘ above’ the team
• Community involvement
