Description We are looking for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in the development and leadership of the Finance Department, focusing on the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for both US and international businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Taking the lead in the month, quarter, and year-end closing processes

• Overseeing the consolidation of financial data from subsidiaries

• Handling intercompany reconciliation tasks, including the management of foreign exchange rates

• Collaborating with the Financial Planning and Analysis team for report mapping and maintenance

• Managing lease accounting through specific software applications

• Preparing and posting account reconciliations and journal entries

• Processing commission calculations, preparations, and postings, along with payroll uploads

• Documenting and updating all finance-related processes

• Leading and managing the accounting staff

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to confidential proprietary information.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, and Concur

• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing skills

• Proficiency in Billing Functions. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with BlackLine software

• Proficiency in Concur software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Extensive understanding of various accounting functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated skills in auditing

• Experience with billing functions
