Our client, a reputable non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community of Valley Center and beyond, is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Input and maintain data accurately and efficiently in the organization's database system.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist with database cleanup and organization projects as needed.
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for internal use.
Collaborate with team members to address any data-related issues or discrepancies.
Uphold confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, etc.) preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
