Description
Our client is seeking an entry-level HR Assistant to help continue our growth. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants a chance to learn from experienced HR professionals, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. As an entry-level HR Assistant, you'll join our HR team providing support, particularly in recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Administering payroll and benefits accurately and timely.
Conducting employee onboarding activities.
Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects like collection of employee feedback.
Providing accurate and speedy answers to employee queries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sound interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
