Description
Our client, a prestigious insurance company in Valley Center, CA is currently in need of an Insurance Specialist for immediate hire. The successful candidate will assist with policy management, claims handling, and risk assessment procedures.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with clients to gather information and evaluate their insurance needs.
Navigate through diverse insurance policies and help clients choose the most suitable coverage.
Coordinate claim processes, ensuring prompt and adequate resolution.
Keep track of renewals and initiate customer contacts to update policies.
Collaborate with insurance underwriters to assess clients' risk profiles.
Assist with policy endorsements and respond to clients' queries.
Requirements
Proven experience as an insurance specialist, agent, or similar role.
Strong understanding of insurance laws, policies, and types of coverage.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Detailed-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in using computers and insurance-related software.
State license to work as an insurance specialist is a significant plus.
