Robert Half International Inside Sales in VALLEY COTTAGE, New York
In this newly created position, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager that will drive our clients company to find new customers, retain current clients, and develop innovative solutions for bettering the sales cycle. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the organization and help build the future team.

• Sales Conversion- successfully convert inbound lead prospects to clients by conducting telephone sales calls to both new and existing customers using effective closing techniques.
Market our products via phone to interested consumers in a manner that is detail oriented and honest.
Combine superior listening and patience to understand the customer needs.
Showcase the company's strengths and highlight the brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make the organization unique.
Research and understand the product line and be familiar with each product's function and purpose, to confidently upsell according to the customer’s needs.
Handle objections and resolve problems.
Convincingly present proposals over the phone, closing with a credit card deposit.
Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of delivery and installation for each customer you work with.
• Establish relationships with associations/business organizations (e.g. Chamber of Commerce, Convention & Visitors Bureau).
• Lead Generation- Collaborate with Marketing and network through current clients, telemarketing, requesting referrals.
• Develop leads/sales through new distributors and/or existing distributors

Previous Sales experience (inside sales) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Business to Consumer experience, working with veterans / senior citizens preferred.
