Robert Half Customer Coordinator in Vancouver, Washington
Do you have proficient keyboarding and data entry skills? If yes, then Robert Half has a need for a temporary Customer Coordinator in Downtown Vancouver to assist a home building company with their service requests. In this position, you will monitor the queue for incoming service requests and forward them appropriately to the field staff. You must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and have outstanding communication skills to be successful in this position. This position is temporary and will be on-site with parking included.
Monitor queue in service portal for incoming service requests
Assist customers by phone and email with submitting their requests
Send service requests to field staff via email
Gather customer information and enter it into the system
Answer customer inquiries or forward inquiries to other staff
Prior experience in an office support role
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliable and dependable
Able to perform in a high-stress / high-volume situation
Comfortable sitting in front of a computer all day
A quick-learner that is able to follow direction well
