How you will make an impact

Greet and direct all visitors (vendors, clients and customers)

Ensure completion of paperwork,

Facilitate sign-in and security procedures

Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from other departments

Answer a multi-line phone

Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail

File, print, scan, and fax documents
