Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous and proficient Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be in the North Dayton area. The primary role is to handle order entries, review and update customer credit records, process customer credit applications, and handle any customer credit inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Review new orders and collect or clarify any missing information.
• Accurately enter order information into the database in a timely manner.
• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.
• Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
• Work in a team environment to support customers.
• Ensure fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Demonstrate incredible attention to detail in all tasks.
• Handle any other data entry-related tasks as required.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in order entry and related software
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in data entry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
