OfficeTeam is currently recruiting French / English Bilingual Administrative Assistants for ongoing opportunities! These positions vary from short and long term temporary positions as well as temporary-to-fulltime positions.
Our clients are well-established companies in the seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in the heart of Vaughan, Barrie, Rexdale, Etobicoke, and Alliston areas. The chosen applicant for this varied and unique role will be responsible for the following:
*Fielding incoming queries and providing accurate and thorough information to customers and representatives.
*Place calls to customers to follow up with their orders and obtain required documentation.
*Keep an up-to-date record of all customer interactions in client database.
*Sort and process incoming mail.
*Providing back-up support to receptionist and other administrative staff as required
*Other duties as assigned.
The Bilingual Administrative Assistant is part of an integrated team that works together to meet quantitative and qualitative departmental targets. The chosen Administrative Assistant will have the opportunity to work with similarly talented individuals to enhance the customer experience while also adhering to company policies and standards.
To be considered for this Bilingual Administrative Assistant role, candidates must be fluently bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The selected candidate will hold a degree or diploma in Business or Economics, coupled with 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. Applicants must have exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel), a proactive and friendly disposition, and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
