Description We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team located in Ventura, California. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The successful candidate will serve as an integral part of our HR team, focusing on areas such as leaves of absence, open enrollment, benefits administration, and HR assistance, among others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the leave of absence process, ensuring compliance with FMLA regulations • Assist with the open enrollment process for employee benefits • Administer employee benefits, addressing any related inquiries or concerns • Provide HR assistance to employees, fostering positive employee relations • Use Paycom for HR administration tasks, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records • Manage communication within the organization, ensuring all relevant information is disseminated effectively • Uphold compliance with HR policies and procedures • Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks such as data entry and management, report generation, and correspondence • Participate in HR projects as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services • Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR administration, applying this knowledge in daily operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role

• Proficiency in Benefit Functions

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Knowledge of Compliance regulations and procedures

• Experience in managing Employee Relations

• Understanding of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations

• Familiarity with Leave of Absence management

• Experience in Benefits Administration

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Experience with Paycom HR management software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
