Description We are seeking an Office Assistant in Vernon Hills, Illinois. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for various administrative tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with asset management for new users and students, and keeping track of associated fees
• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service and handling phone calls with end users
• Assisting in creating tickets in their system and distributing to the Help Desk team
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Performing clerical duties and managing computer programs
• Handling answering inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Managing billing functions
• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and CRM for various tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary
• Ability to create and manage Banner Ads
• Skilled at using various Computer Programs
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Knowledge of About Time software for time management
• Ability to provide accurate and timely responses (Answer)
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls professionally
• Proficient in Billing Functions
• Experience in performing Clerical Duties in an office setting
