Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the heart of Vienna, Virginia. The role focuses on recruiting within a fast-paced environment. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

• Efficiently utilizing Applicant Track System for recruitment processes

• Delivering exceptional Customer Service while interacting with potential candidates

• Proficiently using Microsoft tools to maintain and analyze recruitment data

• Coordinating with various teams to understand hiring needs and streamline recruitment efforts

• Providing Telephone support for candidates during the recruitment process

• Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent. Requirements • Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Track Systems for recruitment purposes

• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive candidate experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within a similar industry

• Ability to coordinate with team members to ensure seamless recruitment processes

• Experience in providing telephone support, with a focus on clear and professional communication.
