Description We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a globally known IT/SaaS company in Tysons Corner, VA. This organization partners with its clients to imagine, design, build and deliver innovative mobile and digital products. This Senior Recruiter position is a newly created, stand-alone recruiting/ talent acquisition seat. Due to the companies’ rapid growth, this position will require the Senior recruiter to have 4+ years of full–cycle, corporate, or agency recruiting experience, efficient, and preferably IT industry experience. The ideal candidate will obtain the ability to be strategic within the recruiting process, understand the company culture, and maintain employee retention.

Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter: Manage the candidate selection process for both internal and external positions to include, requisition management, selections, candidate references, coordinating background checks, negotiating salaries, and manage onboarding. Conduct recruiting strategy meetings with each hiring manager to ensure full understanding of position requirements, candidate selections, and discuss qualifications for each role. Review candidate application to assess skillset against specific criteria in job descriptions Conduct pre-screen interviews to ensure the profile is relative to the position Maintain and collect documentation Discuss and negotiate compensation rates and packages with consultants and staff Provide weekly reports to hiring managers Requirements Requirements of the Senior Recruiter: 4+ years of full-cycle corporate or agency recruiting (relative industry preferred) Bachelor’s degree or equal experience efficient and strategy, ability to work independently
