Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with payers to initiate refund requests for overpayments, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances.

• Collaborate with the billing and collections team to align payments against remittance advice (EOBs/EOPs).

• Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions related to overpayments, refunds, and adjustments, documenting all communication in our database.

• Use your knowledge of healthcare billing claims processing and insurance procedures to identify decision makers at healthcare providers offices and initiate refund requests from claim overpayments.

• Reach out to our clients, when necessary, to procure overpayment details, refunds, and additional information required for resolution.

The salary range for this position is $20 to $24. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements • Must possess knowledge in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in handling Appeals is required

• Should be adept at managing Authorizations

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions is essential

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is necessary

• Should have experience in conducting Claims audits

• Ability to interpret and manage Claims data is required

• Experience in Claims Processing is mandatory

• Knowledge of Bill Payment processes is important

• Must be capable of Collecting Payments effectively
