Robert Half HR Director (Laurie P) in Villa Rica, Georgia


Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Villa Rica area that is looking to add an HR Director to their team. The HR Director will manage a team of 2-3 direct reports supporting 600+ employees across multiple states. This is a great opportunity to join an organization that is going through an HR Transformation and make an immediate impact! This position is onsite with travel.


• Oversee all aspects of HR strategy, policy, and compliance within the organization

• Manage employee relations and work closely with our C-Suite to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment

• Responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits functions

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and maintain knowledge of industry regulations

• Ensure all HR functions are in compliance with industry regulations and company policies

• Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders in relation to HR matters

• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure optimal performance.


• Proven experience in a HR Director/Sr HR Manager role within the Manufacturing industry

• Previous experience working for a publicly traded company

• Ability to manage Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Solid understanding of Compliance and C-Suite requirements

• Experience in managing Employee Relations

• Familiarity with HR Compliance regulations and laws

• Ability to develop and implement HR Policy and HR Strategy

• Excellent leadership, strategic, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus.
