Robert Half Data Reporting Analyst in Villanova, Pennsylvania
Description
We are seeking a certified Data Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Some responsibilities of the Data Analyst include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design, as well as developing analysis and reporting capabilities. You will also identify improvements to quality control plans by monitoring performance.
Your responsibilities:
Communicate findings of data analysis to managers, written and verbally
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
Support database updates and maintain accuracy
Create data recording systems and business analysis for the department to use
Help various departments, including marketing and sales, reach their goals through analysis
Analyze data reports regularly, identifying and resolving any mistakes
Accurately examine and gather data for various types of business reports
Requirements
Pharma media experience
Well versed in Tableau and GA4 (recent certifications)
Experience with Data Visualization and/or modeling
1 to 3 years of experience as a financial or business analyst
Must be skilled in critical thinking to help solve business problems and make decisions
Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
Knowledge of object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs
Experience creating pivot tables, graphs, and charts using data tools
General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
Skilled in time management and prioritization to meet project deadlines
Must be able to effectively relate data to coworkers using verbal and written communication skills
