Description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk (previous internship experience is a plus) to join our client's team in Vista, CA. Responsibilities:
Assist in processing accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the finance team to generate invoices and distribute them to clients in a timely manner.
Conduct reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger and follow up on outstanding balances.
Implement collection strategies to recover overdue invoices, under the guidance of senior team members.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes, gaining valuable problem-solving skills.
Evaluate credit worthiness of clients and assist in monitoring credit limits.
Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, contributing to financial analysis efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders, building valuable relationships.
Support the team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Previous internships or work experience in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
