Robert Half Customer Service Representative (Dispatch) in Vista, California
Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a focus on Dispatch to join our client in Vista. This is an entry-level position and is a great opportunity for an individual looking to develop customer service skills and gain experience in a dispatch role. A college education is not required, but it will provide an advantage. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will coordinate dispatch logistics and ensure a seamless communication between our teams.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and manage customer complaints.
Coordinate dispatch operations and relay accurate information to field staff.
Update database with customer and job information accurately.
Maintain clear and concise communications with other departments, customers, and third parties to update them about the status of their dispatches.
Work closely with the team to devise strategies for improving customer service delivery.
Requirements
High School Diploma. A college education will be considered an advantage.
0-1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatch role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
Capacity to multitask and stay organized.
