Description
Our reputable client is seeking a FP& A Manager to join the company. The FP& A Manager must have deep analytical capabilities, strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once. This role is perfect for an experienced FP& A Manager looking for a challenging role at an established company.

Address and improve strategic issues by working in cross-functional development teams
Provide support for regulatory filings
Prepare financial models and data mining tools for variance analysis
Analyze budget and fiscal assumptions in the creation of operating plans
Produce key financial analysis to support strategic and day-to-day decisions
Develop operating budget and forecasts by estimating the costs and benefits of operating plans during the annual budget development cycle
Contribute to financial deliverables for the executive team
Analyze financials for the forecasting and corporate budgeting processes
Conduct financial analysis and valuation related to mergers and acquisitions
Analyze financials to enable both day-to-day and strategic decisions
Oversee and manage financial planning team operations
Lead the development of short- and long-term financial forecasts and financial analysis
Engage with staff by recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and retaining employees

Requirements - 8+ years of experience in FP& A required
Strong communication skills and skilled at building relationships
MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
Exceptional qualitative and quantitative skills
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Must have high business acumen
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
Possess skill set to successfully analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction
Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel, Access, financial Modeling and other accounting packages
2+ years of FP& A supervisory/leadership experience
