Description Labor Relations Specialist Onsite position in Troy, OH Assists with the design, development, and administration of Human Resource programs and related activities in one or more of the following functions: Employee Relations, Recruitment, Labor Relations, or EEO. Liaison between all Human Resources functions and line management. Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; refers complex matters to appropriate management staff. Assists with recordkeeping related to hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and promotion. Conducts surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations; collects information and reports results to Labor Relations Manager or Human Resources Director. Assists with preparation of documents and records required for contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations. Performs other duties as assigned. Bachelors degree in related field or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Prior experience with Labor Relations. Requirements Basic Office Skills
