Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator for a contract role in Woodway, TX. This position will be 100% onsite and is expected to last between 30 to 90 days. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth coordination of shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with SAP and a strong understanding of warehouse logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods.
Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using SAP.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing, picking, and packing.
Enforce safety standards and protocols within the warehouse.
Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and ensuring a clean, organized environment.
Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse coordinator or similar role.
SAP experience is required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
