Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Instructor/Trainer based in Waltham, Massachusetts. The primary function of this role is to design, develop, and deliver technical training, both instructor-led and eLearning, in support of strategic projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and communicate with various business lines to identify technical training needs and gaps across the organization.

• Execute on training solutions to support initiatives within the Project Management Office and Human Resources departments.

• Ensure that business processes and systems are adopted across the organization with minimal impact to daily production and the customer experience.

• Deliver all or a portion of the initial training, ensuring a positive learner experience, and provide train-the-trainer assistance.

• Plan for training reinforcements and sustainment.

• Leverage and analyze training data to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify instructional improvement opportunities.

• Manage logistical aspects of training programs, including Learning Management System, to ensure operational efficiency.

• Lead meetings with business line managers and vendors, create training plans and agendas related to technical initiatives.

• Assist the department with projects and initiatives as assigned and in support of the strategic plan.

• Proactively seek knowledge expertise in the technical training environment as well as general business trends and practices to enhance offerings and practices.

• Apply knowledge of adult learning theory to identify appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles. Requirements • Proficiency in Project Management is necessary for this role

• Strong knowledge and experience in MS Office is required

• Experience in Project Implementation is a must

• Familiarity with Salesforce Implementations is desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential

• Ability to deliver training sessions to diverse audiences

• Proven track record in developing and implementing training programs

• Capacity to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

• Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
