Robert Half Sales Support Specialist in Waltham, Massachusetts

Very Fast growing company. Have hired 200+ employees in 2021. This is a new position that will be the main contact for the field sales team. Will be doing a lot of emailing and communicating with the reps, patients, providers (doctors), and insurance companies

Ideally want someone who has clinical administrative experience, or some insurance experience.

Requirements

Job Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales reps to work effectively as a member of their team

  • Coordinate activities with Field Sales reps to support revenue growth:

  • Review plan vs actual sales reports daily to over-achieve monthly, quarterly, years quotas

  • Provide daily assistance and advice to sales team to meet quotas

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within accounts

  • Serve as an expeditor/liaison between Tactile Medical, clinicians, healthcare teams, and patients to obtain all necessary paperwork to drive order to closure

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinics and Sales Reps

  • Utilize influence skills to retrieve signed paperwork necessary to close orders

  • Understand accreditation requirements set by local insurance provider and be prepared for an unannounced site audit at any time

  • Manage office space, including but not limited to maintaining posted office hours, greeting patients and visitors, and ordering and organizing supplies

  • Participate in ongoing team trainings either in-person or via web-based software

  • Prepare and update accreditation documentation every six months

  • Partner with IT support promptly to install any necessary software or to troubleshoot issues

  • Meet, but strive to exceed, department service levels including turnaround time

  • Be a team player. Assist with additional calls or support other Sales reps when team members are out of the office

  • Be a champion for continuous process improvement. Ask questions and continually look for ways to make processes better, faster, or more efficient

  • Contribute to monthly 1:1, small and large group team meetings

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements including HIPAA

  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

Keys:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and relevant work experience

  • 2+ years of support experience in a similar setting

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Ability to successfully work independently and with minimal face to face social interaction

  • Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
