As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, account analysis and reconciliations, financial statement preparation and consolidation, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Your responsibilities

  • Be a part of various initiatives spanning multiple departments

  • Administer monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

  • Review financial results (benchmarks, trends, performance metrics)

  • Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

  • Work with internal and external auditors to coordinate quarterly reviews and testing

  • Constantly improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

  • Complete other projects as required

  • Formulate Balance Sheet account reconciliations

  • Achieve compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners Requirements - Self-starter and strong ethical standards

  • Demonstrated skills in interacting effectively, both verbally and in writing, with functional managers

  • Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience

  • Efficient in ERP systems

  • BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are highly desired

  • Highly capable of analyzing financial data and quickly creating accurate reports

  • Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus

  • Candidate must possess first-rate analytical, quantitative and social skills

  • This position is for candidates with financial reporting systems proficiency

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Comprehensive knowledge of general ledger

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance

  • Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
