Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all accounts receivable functions within the organization. This includes ensuring that all payments are tracked and recorded accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounts receivable transactions including billing, cash posting, chargebacks, and refunds.
Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing and recording of revenue.
Work with the accounting team to reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis.
Resolve client billing issues and disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to the company's financial policies.
Analyze accounts receivable data and provide strategic planning for cash flow management.
Implement and enforce accounts receivable policies and procedures to ensure efficient, timely and accurate management of all accounts receivable aging components.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to accounts receivable for management review.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Proven experience in managing accounts receivable.
Deep understanding of billing and financial concepts.
Excellent analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
