We are offering an opportunity for a Systems Administrator in the WALTON, KY area. As a Systems Administrator, you will be in charge of managing and maintaining our technical systems, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance, and performing support tasks to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support the majority of the time to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems.

• Perform support and break/fix tasks, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.

• Manage IT-related projects following established procedures and timelines.

• Oversee and manage technology infrastructure, adhering to company procedures and standards.

• Maintain and manage Dell servers within a Windows environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Utilize VMWare for virtualization tasks, maintaining virtual environments and ensuring their efficiency.

• Manage storage solutions in a NetApp environment, ensuring data integrity and availability.

• Administer and manage Active Directory, maintaining user accounts, permissions, and security policies.

• Support and manage Cisco, Dell, and SCCM phone systems, ensuring reliable communication channels.

• Administer and manage firewalls, including Palo Alto and McAfee, to maintain network security.

• Utilize Service Now for incident management, tracking, and resolution.

• Manage migration to the cloud as per future plans.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Linux Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments.

Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential.

• Must have experience with Database systems.

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is required.

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is a must.

• Linux Technologies expertise is necessary.

• Active Directory skills are needed.

• Experience with Backup Technologies is required.

• Should have a strong understanding of Computer Hardware.

• Must have experience in Configuration Management.
