Description
OfficeTeam is assisting a successful company in seeking an organized and motivated candidate, who possesses fluency in Spanish and/or Spanish translation, and is ready to grow their career as a Junior Administrative Assistant. Within this fast-paced environment, there will be ongoing operations and important administrative tasks support, in which these are listed as the primary responsibilities of the Junior Administrative Assistant. This long-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is based in the Wantagh, New York area.
Your responsibilities in this role
Directing schedules and activities
Cooperating with calendar development, and scheduling conferences and meetings
Acknowledging and assisting visitors
Editing and correcting documents
Operating telephone calls and managing a multiline phone system
Faxing, word processing, data entry, scanning, and filing
Structuring spreadsheets, improving presentations, and sustaining special projects
Help out on diverse projects for other employees as required
Sorting orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results
Requirements
Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Internet research skills
Fluency in Spanish and/or Spanish Translation
Experience in Composing Letters
Expertise in Microsoft Outlook
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Quality experience with Forward Messages
General familiarity with Detailed Messages
Solid understanding of Law Office
Wide ranging experience with Spanish Language
Microsoft Word experience
Practical knowledge of Distribute Messages
Proven knowledge of Draft Letters
Well-founded grasp of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
Outstanding data entry skills
1+ years of administrative support experience
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Detailed and have the ability work independently
