Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Wappingers Falls, New York

Description We are offering a role for a Help Desk Analyst located in WAPPINGERS FALLS, New York, United States. The position is within the healthcare industry, specifically in the realm of medical devices. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing top-notch technical support and customer service, articulating complex issues clearly, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues effectively

• Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

• Exhibit proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and use diagnostic tools to identify problems

• Show excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities

• Maintain a customer-focused mindset, consistently delivering exceptional service and support

• Demonstrate basic understanding of networking

• Use knowledge of medical simulation or healthcare education as a tool to enhance service delivery

• Proficiently use Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware to perform tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar IT support role

• Proficient in Citrix Technologies and EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with Microsoft products and Active Directory

• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management

• Demonstrable experience with Database management

• Proficiency in Lotus Notes and Deskside Support

• Knowledge and experience in Desktop Hardware

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical support

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a team and independently when required
