Robert Half Accounts Payable Specialist in Ward Hill, Massachusetts
Description We are in the process of adding an Accounts Payable Specialist to our Machinery Manufacturing division in Ward Hill, Massachusetts, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer credit applications, maintaining an accurate record of customer credits, and resolving any customer inquiries. This position also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage the processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain a precise record of customer credit information
• Handle customer inquiries and work towards a resolution
• Monitor the status of customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy in accounts
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and NetSuite for managing accounting functions
• Ensure all accounts payable activities are handled as per the industry standards
• Continually update your knowledge of accounting functions and accounts payable procedures Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions is essential for this role.
• Mastery of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and systems is required.
• Demonstrable experience in conducting Reconciliations is a must.
• Familiarity with NetSuite software is necessary for effective performance in this role.
