This long-term temporary employment opportunity is based in the Warren, New Jersey area. In this entry level Administrative Assistant, you will utilize your skills and play a critical role within the organization by supporting important administrative tasks and ongoing operations within various departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Commanding telephone calls and managing a multiline phone system

  • Establishing schedules and activities

  • Promote diverse projects for other employees in case of need

  • Distributing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results

  • Aiding and supporting visitors

  • Supporting conferences and meetings and updating the calendar

  • Editing and proofreading documents

  • Faxing, filing, scanning, data entry, and word processing

  • Forming spreadsheets, revising presentations, and managing special projects Requirements - Outstanding data entry skills

  • Ability to use the internet for research

  • 1+ years of administrative support experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

  • Deep understanding of scanning

  • Command of Front Desk Duties

  • Filing experience desired

  • Foundational knowledge in data entry

  • Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

    • Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
