Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the manufacturing industry. The role is based in WARREN, Ohio, 44483-2860, United States.
Responsibilities for this role include:
• Accurately processing a high volume of customer credit applications.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate customer credit records.
• Promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to their accounts.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when required.
• Handling cash activities in a secure and efficient manner.
• Utilizing accounting software systems for various accounting functions.
• Managing billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Effectively using CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline accounts receivable operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is crucial for managing financial data and transactions.
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is required for maintaining client relationships and ensuring prompt payment.
• Practical experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is necessary for streamlining business processes and integrating various functions.
• Deep understanding of Accounting Functions to ensure correct and timely financial reporting.
• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed for managing outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payment.
• Knowledge of Billing Functions is essential for creating and sending invoices to clients.
• Experience in managing Cash Activity to record all cash transactions accurately and promptly.
• Competency in Cash Handling is critical for managing cash transactions and ensuring that all cash is accounted for and properly recorded.
