Robert Half Account Manager in Warrendale, Pennsylvania
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Account Manager in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility of spending 3 days on-site and 2 days working remotely, following regular business hours from Monday to Friday. The primary function of this role is to manage client and lead auditor adherence to audit report and nonconformance resolution policies, as well as providing support services to clients and auditors.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client and lead auditor adherence to audit report and nonconformance resolution policies, ensuring timely and integrity-based registration decisions.
• Analyze metrics associated with audit report and nonconformance resolution processes.
• Review completed audit packages to ensure the integrity of all critical process records.
• Coordinate the registration decision process from the return of the audit package to the actual decision for assessment, re-assessment, and continuation decisions and certification issuance.
• Communicate with customers regarding the withholding of certifications due to issues such as lack of payment, suspension, or withdrawal.
• Defend the registration processes during oversight and internal audits.
• Support the client reaccreditation process, coordinating with Sales as necessary.
• Maintain and monitor service metrics related to customer satisfaction throughout the entire registration process.
• Use skills in CRM, Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Audit Reports, and Audit Reviews among others. Requirements • Experience working as an Account Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Management System, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Billing Functions, Campaign Planning, Communication, Customer Service, Microsoft Office Suites, Audit Reports, Audit Reviews
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to plan, manage and execute campaigns effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel
• Familiarity with billing functions and audit reports
• Ability to conduct audit reviews and generate reports
• Proven experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• Proven problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
