Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in WARRENDALE, Pennsylvania
OfficeTeam is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This role is for candidates who are results-oriented and deeply passionate about growing their career while assisting others. This is a terrific opportunity for someone looking for a long-term temporary-to-full-time position in the Warrendale area. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
This position will be a hybrid of help desk assistance (support for basic software questions) and administrative duties such as answering the phone, answering emails, and filing. An ideal candidate will assist with PowerPoint presentations, outside meetings and taking minutes. Our client is seeking someone friendly with strong customer service and organization skills. Must be able to work well with others, and tech savviness is required. Familiarity with E Audit Net and TPG (Transportation Power Generation) are preferred but not required.

Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Email Correspondence experience

Answering Inbound Calls experience required
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
