Description
Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a Real Estate Attorney based in Warwick, Rhode Island. This role involves providing expert legal counsel on a wide range of real estate matters, focusing on residential and commercial transactions. The role also requires proactive business development and networking to maintain a strong book of business. Leading title insurance and escrow service provider, specializing in residential, commercial, and SFR transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
▪︎ Skillfully navigate real estate matters including residential, commercial, SFR, and bulk transactions.
▪︎ Actively generate new business through networking and marketing outreach.
▪︎ Oversee real estate transactions from inception to closing, ensuring timely completion of legal documentation.
▪︎ Represent clients in negotiations, disputes, and mediations while maintaining their best interest.
▪︎ Collaborate with internal teams across departments to provide high-quality legal services.
▪︎ Stay informed about latest legal developments and trends to better serve clients and drive business growth.
Requirements
Requirements:
▪︎ Must be eager to grow a business, existing book of business preferred.
▪︎ Must be licensed in Rhode Island or MA or CT (MA/CT licenses considered as a plus, can be waived in after hire).
▪︎ J.D. from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the Rhode Island Bar.
▪︎ Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing real estate law and business development.
▪︎ In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, property law, contracts, and finance.
▪︎ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
▪︎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
▪︎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to meet client needs.
