Key responsibilities

  • Lead the complete life cycle of company contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)

  • Deploy both internal and external requests for status of contracts

  • Handle contract execution processes

  • Run reports from within the contracts database on an as-needed basis

  • Compromise with clients on terms of agreements

  • Execute company contract execution policy and procedures

  • Develop precise contractual provisions and administering contract proposals

  • Enter contract details into company database

  • Promote and track the approval and execution process

  • Manage and maintain contracts database

  • Evaluate contracts thoroughly to ensure completeness

    Requirements - Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn new ideas and concepts

  • Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Relevant experience in the specific field or related area

  • Adeptness in contracts

  • Comprehension of contract administration

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Draft Contracts

  • Earlier work involving Negotiate Contracts

  • Legal Compliance experience preferred

  • Expertise in Awarding Contracts

  • Experience with Corporate Legal

  • Legal Documentation experience desired

  • Proficiency in Commercial Contracts

  • Prior experience with Legal Agreements

  • Vendor Contracts experience highly valued

  • General familiarity with Existing Contracts

  • Hands-on experience with Corporate Legal

  • Foundational knowledge in corporate legal management system

  • Commercial Contracts experience desired

  • Proficiency in Legal Forms

  • Background working with Legal Contracts

  • Previous experience working with Reviewing Contracts

  • Government contracts experience highly preferred

  • Practical knowledge of Federal Government Contracts

  • Good understanding of Real Estate Contracts

  • Corporate legal management system experience highly desired

  • Commercial Contracts experience highly desired

  • Awarding Contracts experience

  • Expertise in legal files

  • Proficiency with diverse computer applications

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

  • Requisite organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
