Robert Half CRM Developer in Washington, District Of Columbia
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the professional services industry for an ERP/CRM Developer in Washington, District of Columbia. The role entails developing and maintaining ERP/CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform. The candidate will be expected to work with various departments to understand their needs and build solutions accordingly.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform systems
• Set up entities and use Power Platform to create flows
• Utilize Microsoft .NET and C# for development purposes
• Analyze data and work with Power BI and Azure
• Conduct data cleansing and tagging
• Design and build enhancements on existing systems
• Manage permissions, including setting and removing as necessary
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and build solutions
• Conduct light development work as required. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Database Management
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with AB Testing
• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents
• Proficiency in Configuration Management
• Skills to create and manage Dashboards
• Strong design skills in relation to ERP and CRM systems
• Professional services industry experience is preferred
• Must be able to work in a team as well as individually
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred
