Robert Half Customer Service in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the healthcare industry in Washington, District of Columbia. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be primarily responsible for ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to the elderly, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

• Assist seniors with their shopping carts and food boxes, ensuring their experience is positive and seamless.

• Regularly check-in with the seniors to understand their needs and provide necessary assistance.

• Answer inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry tasks.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing information, and resolving queries.

• Schedule appointments for seniors as needed, ensuring efficient time management.

• Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the system.

• Handle email correspondence, responding to customer queries, and forwarding information as required.

• Occasionally lift items up to 30 pounds as part of day-to-day duties. Requirements • Proficient in handling and answering inbound calls in a professional manner

• Prior experience in a call center customer service environment

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries and issues efficiently

• Demonstrated ability in data entry with high attention to detail

• Proficient in email correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Ability to schedule appointments, managing schedules effectively

• Knowledge of healthcare or NHS industry is preferred.
