How you will make an impact

  • Formulating and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Handling interviews

  • Influencing internal recommendations

  • Delivering and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Using digital recruiting resources

  • Undertaking various administrative duties

  • Maintaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations Requirements - You will be a strong candidate if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • General familiarity with benefits administration

  • Microsoft Excel experience highly desired

  • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Office Suites

  • Knowledge of Review Resumes

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

  • Practical knowledge of Schedule Interviews

  • Quality experience with Onboarding

  • Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting

  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Review Resumes

    • Candidates who are highly professional, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred
  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

  • Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
