Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager for Corporate Rebrand to join our client's team on a short-term contract basis. The Project Manager for Corporate Rebrand will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client's rebranding project from conception through to completion. This includes planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they align with their strategic goals and brand vision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, preferably with experience in marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Initiation:

  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timeline.

  • Define project objectives, project milestones, and success criteria.

  • Identify and manage project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Execution & Monitoring:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver the project on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project.

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans as needed.

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.

  • Communication & Reporting:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.

  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate meetings and communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

  • Ensure that the project is progressing according to plan and that any changes are documented and approved.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the project meets quality standards and branding guidelines.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years focused on marketing or branding projects.

  • Proven experience in managing corporate rebrand projects or similar large-scale marketing initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
