Senior Client Accounts Specialist Law Firm Washington, D.C. hybrid

My client is a well-established Law Firm located in downtown Washington, D.C. with a need for a Senior Client Accounts Specialist. The Senior Client Accounts Specialist will report directly to the Billing Manager and will be tasked with preparing client invoices, reconciling accounts, processing ebilling, and assisting with collections and accounts receivables. The Senior Client Accounts Specialist must have strong communication skills and a strong background accounting background. The Senior Client Accounts Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:
• Prepare and distribute weekly, quarterly, and year-end reports for clients
• Apply firm and client-specific billing guidelines, ensure matter engagement letter compliance
• Effectively interact and communicate with attorneys, secretaries and clients in a decentralized
billing environment.
• Manage client invoicing and regular collections activities including the generation of
Accounts Receivable reports monthly and reconciliations
• Assist with reviewing and verifying the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required
• Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems
• Create new billing formats as needed
• Preparing Electronic billing, assisting with maintaining the ebilling hub

Requirements:
3 + years’ experience in legal billing
3E software
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent analytical skills
Law firm experience
